*InFocus* “Hailing from the dizzy heights of Welwyn Garden City, InFocus are young, fresh and full of energy. On stage they are simply electrifying, and are definitely a new talent to watch out for” Mindie Promotions. During the summer of 2006, InFocus were chosen by an up and coming director to write and produce the music for a short film titled ‘’A Very British Getaway’’. The film was shown at the Leeds Film Festival and InFocus were asked to headline the sold out after show party at Leeds’ most prestigious venue ‘’The Cockpit’’.

Over the last year InFocus have been lucky enough have played alongside bands such as Cazals, The Bishops, The On Offs, The Shakes, The Jackson Analogue, The Heights, and I Was A Cub Scout with their frantic live performances. In April 2007, InFocus were invited to represent Britain at ‘’British Music Week’ in Hamburg, Germany. Other bands also asked to play at ‘’British Music Week’ included Razorlight, The Holloways, The Horrors, The Pigeon Detectives and many others. InFocus were also invited by Sony BMG to perform at ‘Harrods Rocks’ alongside Towers of London and Babyshambles back in February.

“Lead singer Craig has a voice bigger than you'd expect … this is a band with bags of potential. The great shame of this scene, as we all know, is that so few bands stick it out long enough to see it happen. But if they last the distance, I predict the InFocus of two years time will blow us all away!” notes a live review from 2006. The 4 piece have just finished recording 2 songs with top producer Steve McNerney - “You Don’t Know” and “R.M.D” which are available to hear AT HTTP:// WWW.MYSPACE.COM/INFOCUSBAND and after having just played in front of thousands at The Donnington Moto GP festival in June and having just played The Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg (GER), it looks as though we won’t have to wait another year before we’ll be blown away!
