IKTC sounds like a classic rock band infused with punk riffs and heavy drums. Bands that we could be compared to are hard to say, but if they were mixed, we would sound like The White Stripes hits a dose of early Jethro Tull, while hippie phish-esque bass and lead drop in here and there. We balance out our mellow acoustic rock with an up-beat gritty punk twist to create a style that is intended to appeal to the lighters and the skanks alike. KTC is situated in Natick, MA. Theres a story behind where we got the name for ourselves... *Not that you care*.

It all started one day in Natick, MA and two young boys named Jay Mil and Mullet had a little group called Notorioso. When talking about Notorioso, Jay Mil said stuff about "random acts of idiocity". Mullet asked Jay Mil,"Don't you mean "idiocy"?". It all started there. Mullet and Jay Mil then decided to form a goofball band, but they had difficulty finding a name for it.

But then it hit them, IDIOCITY. But then it expanded to IKTC or Idiocity Killed The Cat. Then they went on a recruiting spree, and they found Benny Gabber. Eventually the little team recruited a freind of Mullet's, Thom Griffin, to play lead guitar, and a laid back friend of Benny's and Mullet's, Dan Bernfeld.
