They were later joined by Liv Decay (vocals, rhythm guitar). Howling Saints toured Bucharest in the 2007-2008 season, playing with The Eternal Fall, Monozid, Devilish Presley, Romantic Jurgen, Vaduva Bob & James Deamons. They continued playing in clubs around Bucharest in the first half of 2009, with Al & The Black Cats and The Silver Shine. In March 2008, the band released a 3-track demo CD titled "Next Dog Session" and, in August of the same year, the demo received positive review by journalist Mick Mercer. They're track, The River and Martha, appeared on the "Next Dog Desert Island Selection", released by Next Dog Studio and Roadrunner Music in February 2009.

They are also featured in Mick Mercer's book, "Music To Die For", published by Cherry Red. In the autumn of 2010, after Liv Decay's solo album was completed and Mircea's involvement in the newly formed Uma Swan increased, the members of Howling Saints tacitly agreed to split. Later, the vocal together with the band's initial guitarist formed the punk band Raizing Hell. Read more on Last.fm.
