1. Hoffman (aka Dreamfish) is a UK breakz/techno producer and co-founder of the legendary Mono211 label hailing from the Amiga .mod scene. 2. Hoffman was formed in October of 2003 and plays powerful guitar-driven rock of the best sort. The band has already released four songs which were recorded in Studio September in Reykjavík in February this year. Both songs are in heavy rotation at Iceland's biggest Rock station, The X 97,7. Hoffman was formed in October of 2003 and plays powerful guitar-driven rock of the best sort. The band has already released four songs which were recorded in Studio September in Reykjavík in February this year. Both songs are in heavy rotation at Iceland's biggest Rock station, The X 97,7. The band recorded four new songs in August and released a 6 track EP in the fall of 2004 named "Bad Seeds." The album has made a big mark on the Icelandic rock scene and has gotten great reviews. Hoffman has played at Iceland's biggest music festival, Iceland Airwaves, which is held in October each year. They have played with a number of other bands, including Minus and Brain Police, two of Iceland's biggest rock bands. In July 2004 the band performed at the G!Festival in Faroe Islands. There have been some changes in the band's line-up, but now the band is set to work on new material and plans to release a new album sometime in the beginning of 2006. Upcoming events include the Iceland Airwaves festival and the Westman Island festival plus many great gigs. 3.
