Hello, Is This The Band? are a Malaysian alternative rock band formed in Kedah/Cyberjaya in late 2007 by original members Shahfeeq and Fahmy. Shazmir later joined this band as bassist and began by writing and recording two songs Influenced primarily by punk-rock, pop-punk and power-pop bands such as Anberlin, Paramore, We The Kings, Boys Like Girls and The Maine. Following this, the band made the decision to search for a female vocalist. During this time, Hidhir joined as bassist, with Boy shifting to guitar. Read more on Last.fm

Following this, the band made the decision to search for a female vocalist. During this time, Hidhir joined as bassist, with Boy shifting to guitar. Their search for a vocalist ended when Diana (Dy) officially joined the band. HittB released their first single "Letting You Go", followed by two more songs "It's Not Rocket Science, It's About Us" and "Secret Admirer".
