There are at least two bands named HELLMOUTH 1. HELLMOUTH is four guys that want to play fast, heavy, agressive music. It's back to brutal basics. Not metal. Not punk. Not hardcore. A crossover of all three to create a soundtrack for pain, misery and the end of existence. In 2008 they released the very limited "Demo '08" CD. Keep thrashing and let the Official Cult of Hellmouth begin!!! www.myspace.com/666hellmouth 2. HELLMOUTH was a hardcore band from the North West of England from 2007 to 08,consisting of 4 Members, Barrell (Vocals), Christian (Guitar), Tom (Drums) and Matt (Bass).

They played hard heavy metallic hardcore in the vein of Ringworm and Integerity. They released a demo in 2007 which sold fairly well and was put out on Tape via Fleabitten! Records and went onto record a 7" with guest vocals from Graeme (Dirty Money). Though the band didn't last long they got to play a decent array of shows playing on bills along the side of Cold World, Pulling Teeth, CDC, Blacklisted, Dirty Money, Rythm For The Madness, SSS, Justice, Shattered Realm and Many others. In June 2008 the band played their last show with singer Barrell in Manchester supporting Pulling Teeth and Ringworm (who pulled out at last minute), he was later replaced by Craw (Blades Of Unity, Six Foot Ditch) but the band shortly broke up afterwards.

The finishing lineup of Hellmouth are currently working on a Project known as Horror Struck where as Barrell is working on a project in the vein of Hot Water Music and O Pioneers, More Info to come as it develops. http://www.myspace.com/hellmouthhardcore Read more on Last.fm.
