Hatespire is now Countless Skies, New music coming very very soon, like our page for updates!! https://www.facebook.com/CountlessSkies Ross King - Vocals, Rhythm Guitar James Pratt - Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals Phil Romeo - Bass, Backing Vocals Marcello Ciciriello - Keys Nathan Robshaw - Drums Hatespire came to be in the summer of 2009 and was formed out of the desire to create progressive and darkly intense music. This mutual desire was held by founding members Ross King and James Pratt, whose symbiotic guitar assault laid the band's solid foundation. Realising quickly that they were onto a winning formula the pair demoed 3 songs at the home of friend Phil Romeo, who would eventually be recruited as the band's bassist. The raw offering they would produce captures a band full of creativity and potential, from the chiming harmonies of 'Burden' to the subtle and haunting 'Tranquillity.' Marcello Ciciriello joined soon after, bringing with him strong prog influences which in turn added an ambient flavour to some of the band's more atmospheric moments.

The final piece of the puzzle was found in Nathan Robshaw - a technically excellent player with an intrinsic precision and flair. With so strong a line up established so early, the future is looking bright for Hatespire. As the newest signing of new independent label Metal Dwarf Music, the band are currently working towards releasing their first studio EP and intend to break up their rehearsal schedule with a short UK tour in Spring 2011.
