Hacko Kracko - Is the name of this project, and it is a collaborative effort between extraordinary, Guitar players and occasionally other musicians, that are headed in to or returning out of desolation row. Hacko Kracko - is an independent focus point, which has tuned in on the astounding talent of these unusual crafty souls that will eventually amass” The Guitar Files”. This first collection of Guitar Files, titled” The Basement Tapes” - features an extraordinary guitarist, (Excel Walker) who originally hails from someplace in Chicago. Excel Walker, starts off this long Inquiring journey - into the wonderful and mysterious showcase and unconventional truth. The Basement Tapes Vol.1a, are free to the public, because, People should hear these unknown Street musicians, even If the recordings are not as precise as they could be. Hacko Kracko – is the Inspiration, of Richard Allen Whalen, from Austin Minnesota (Bass, Keys and, audio Sketching) a survivor, from desolation row.
