Hadar also plays in the three piece queer punk band Kitty and the Fags, appears as a solo artist under the name Music Was My First Gay Lover and played guitar in the popular off-Broadway musical "The Material World." Andrews is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist who has written and arranged music for the radical marching band Rude Mechanical Orchestra, the bluegrass/doowop/punk group Apocalypse Five & Dime, the junk boat art collective Miss Rockaway Armada and the brass band of the End Times Cabaret. His bass playing owes a clear debt to the hardcore scene of the early 90's, postpunk stalwarts Fugazi and Dismemberment Plan, as well as disco and new wave of late 70's/early 80's. Josh Lerner is a well known vocalists in the Brooklyn scene, often singing at cabarets and underground punk musicals. He came to Brooklyn after a three year stint as a singer in one of Kansas City's most notorious gay cabaret bars. His distinctive, soaring vocals and unique style have earned him comparisons to David Bowie, Thom Yorke and David Byrne. Maggie Schreiner came to Brooklyn by way of Montreal, where she played drums in the seminal queer punk band Double Dip.
