History: In December 2009, Danilo Martins (guitars and vocals) and Rodrigo Kusayama (drums), during their last year in the Music University, were stimulated to compose a song as their final exam to get graduated. In front of their biggest challenge ever, the two musicians invited Alexandre Avila (bass) to compose their first song, an instrumental song called Dog n’ Bone, to be presented in front of the examiners.

After the excellent feedback received from them, the 3 guys officially formed the Fishead band, starting the composing process with lyrics by early 2010. Fishead Band released in August 2012 the first independent album, called Green Hope, after two years of massive work, from compositions until mastering, including the art design material. The eight selected tracks to this project feature a fusion of rock and lyrics dealing with environmental issues and inspirational messages. In 2015, Fishead announces their new member: Jezer Ferris on vocals! Musician for over 20 years, he started as lead vocal and keyboardist in 1986. Since then, he always looked for new techniques and knowledge necessary to improve his music, becoming a respected musician in the metal scene.

A canadian DJ History: DJFishead (sometimes billed as "DJ Fishead") is the performance name of Canadian hardcore DJ and mash-up artist Colin Arason (b.April 20, 1973, Glenboro, Manitoba, Canada). Arason started playing clubs, parties and the Winnipeg, Canada rave scene in the early 1990's. Arason later played at the infamous 'Barn parties' in Wisconsin USA, Massive, Minneapolis etc., many a Further; around this time Arason unleashed a split cassette release with fellow Winnipegger and friend Aaron Funk (Venetian Snares).

Arason left Winnipeg in 2000 to take up residence in Montreal, PQ, Canada and has since played well-received sets in Montreal and other Canadian and US cities. In February 2004 Arason provided the mix 20m for CBC National Radio show Brave New Waves' twentieth anniversary ("20 songs from 20 years in 20 minutes"). Arason has also recently played in Europe. In 2005, Arason teamed up with fellow Montrealer tobias c. van Veen to produce the radio show "Control To Chaos" for Spanish Internet station http://www.burn.fm.

The weekly mixes (also available as free podcasts, via iTunes Music Store or Controltochaos.ca) are eclectic turntablist one-offs frequently built from records purchased the day of the recording, sometimes lubricated with generous amounts of recently purchased liquor. Arason's style is hard to pin down: Mixes can range from smooth, slick techno to ear-blistering gabber/breakcore to mash-ups and even complex cinematic mood-pieces, and not infrequently mixes can be blends of 'all of the above'. Arason is not afraid to take an idea to the extreme (mixes can be found containing ZZ Top, Judas Priest, Kate Bush placed in such a way as to be evocative of Dadaism/surrealism). Recurring themes in Arason's mixes are cinematic threads--including dialogue outtakes--horror, and a seeming fascination with what Arason has described on more than one occasion as "The Wrong". Arason has also played under the names C-Horse and Pirhana.
