Fayza Ahmed (Arabic:فايزة أحمد) (born in Sayda, Lebanon, December 5 1934, died Cairo, September 24 1983) was an Arab Egyptian singer and actress. Her father was Syrian and her mother was Lebanese. Faiza Ahmed was one of the leading singers in Egypt. Though Faiza Ahmed has many wonderful songs, she will always be remembered for her song "Set El Habayeb Yahabieba", which the number one song for Mother's Day celebrated in Egypt on March 21st.
