Sonic fuzz, inspired by seventies psychedelic glam combines with heavy pummeled beats, generating danceable rock to get you in the mood. The Faceless Werewolves formed in 2001 in Denton, Texas when the three members met while attending college. The band moved to Austin in late 2005 where they found their future home on super secret records. On their new album, "Pardon Me Are Those Your Claws on my Back?" the band has expanded their rock n roll goodness with layers of guitars, keyboards, and thoughtful harmonies.

The album crosses the lines of musical genres with songs like the colorful, country inspired tale of a "Classy Lady" and the psychedelic boogie-infected jam "Abracadabra," all the while keeping the rock n roll ground level with "Money (You and Got Enough)" and the politically charged "Write It Down Before You Speak". This is the band's second full length release on Super Secret Records, following 2006's debut CD titled "Medium Freaky". Since 2005, the band has continued to grow its local and national following by touring nationally and playing SXSW each year since 2003. Over the years the Faceless Werewolves have played with many notable bands such as ...And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead, the White Stripes, Weird War, The John Spencer Blues Explosion, RTX, the Dirtbombs, Junior Senior, the Kills, as well as many others.
