Swaggering songs packed with soul-fuelled vocals and stripped-down grooves are DIXIE’s trademark. Attitude, energy and raw blues drip from the tunes and in Adam A they possess a frontman who performs every gig as if it is his last. Formed during a late-night drinking session on a weekend away in Warsaw, DIXIE are currently flipping back and forth across the Atlantic, mid-way through recording an album with ex-Maroon 5 drummer and producer Ryan Dusick in LA. "There are bands like The Faces and The Stones that influence us all, but then we've each got our own individual influences, both modern and classic," says Noel. "Sometimes Adam even sounds like he's fronting an Atlantic soul outfit." Read more on Last.fm.
