David Sutter started creating ACID-loop based music under his username of Dave12D3 in 2005. In 2009 after improving his style significantly he decided to start labeling his music with his birth name. His first LP, Album Alpha, was an experiment in using nearly no loops and singing on multiple songs. His second release, New Year New Wave, was simply an excuse for him to release the tracks he had been making on Korg DS-10 with a bit of a New Years Day theme tacked on. Read more on Last.fm

His second release, New Year New Wave, was simply an excuse for him to release the tracks he had been making on Korg DS-10 with a bit of a New Years Day theme tacked on.

More recently he created the soundtrack for an indie video game entitled Radium. This was created almost entirely with a MIDI creation program and a Japanese MIDI-to-chiptune converter for a legitimate retro feel. David Sutter was born and currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky and has very broad influences including The Beatles, DEVO and Gorillaz, who were the source of his original namesake.
