David Jennings, a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer arrived in Nashville, Tennessee with a whole lot on his to-do list. Writing music has always been his first love and there is nowhere David would rather be than in Nashville. He is in good company, considering the impressive talent from his own home town already living and making music in Nashville. Mississippi has been a wonderful breeding-ground of sorts for the Nashville music scene, producing artists like Jeremy Lister, (with whom he wrote "Electrocution and Laughter"), Trent Dabbs, Kate York, Nielson Hubbard and many more.

David has been writing and recording original compositions since he was 12 years old. In the last 15 years, he is still perfecting his craft. The one thing that sets him apart from others in Nashville is that not only does he write his own material, he plays every instrument on almost every song. That was the case with his first full-length release, “Sticks and Stones.” Along with playing guitar, bass, piano and vocals, he was the engineer/producer for the album which was recorded in his home based studio.
