From 2001 to 2004 he was A&R of FashionFm, the first and only radio station completely addicted to fashion. During this period he was also composer and supervisor for many concept cds as L’INDE LE PALAIS and LA PERLA PRIVATE SHOW VOL. 1 & 2. Music selector for White Showroom-Milan, Tea Rose Concept Store-Monza, L’Inde Le Palais, Café Le Palais and L’Inde Loft-Bologna.
Here, he was also music selector for many special events as “Fashion & Art: John Galliano Collection”, “Michel Haillard Collection” and “Kibosh by Terry Richardson”. The first catwalk experiences were for Marchese Coccapani, Max Mara, McKenzie and obviously La Perla. In 2005 Danilo Venturi became independent and started many collaborations with prestigious projects: A&R and composer for LA PERLA PRIVATE SHOW VOL.3 in collaboration with Gianmarco Silvi and Halidon Records, music selector for all La Perla fashion shows, tv events and 80 boutiques in the world, music selector for CAOVILLA boutiques and for Miss Williamsburg Restaurant NY. In the meantime, Private Show vol.
3 obtains Radio Monte Carlo support and co-branding, the album subsequently receives a great interest, reviews from press. Many tracks from the album are being licensed in many compilations as “Just Good Music by Jean-Marc Challe”, “Streets Of Fashion”, “Paparazzi”, "China Chic", "Generation Cocktail", "Fashion Week". All these experiences bring to two important collaborations in the year 2006: 1) music designer for RMC2, the new radio station by Monte Carlo Network-Italian National and South Of France (during this period he is also music selector in the BMW tour); 2) music designer for the French-American label MILAN RECORDS that decides to print a new version of La Perla Private Show vol. 3 and to produce a new album with La Perla called NOIR.
This new work, composed by Danilo Venturi with the support of Alberto Benati, brings to a big worldwide success thanks also to the distribution by Warner, Universal France and JVC. Noir is available also in limited edition version with a nucle-or jewel in all La Perla boutiques and online at www.laperla.com. In December 2006 NOIR is officially celebrated as success at Shangri-la Hotel-Hong Kong’s Black Night. 2007 begins with a new compilation selected by Danilo Venturi called BLACK LABEL featurig: Nouvelle Vague, Thievery Corporation, Tosca, Monte La Rue, Minimatic with the A-Ha’s “Take On Me” lounge cover, the Japanese version of Sade’s “The Sweetest Taboo” by Nona, two unreleased songs by Danilo Venturi with Isabelle Antena (A NIGHT OF INFINITY) and JEN from Mellowdramas (RATNAPURA 16), a remix of Smadj’s “Swing Alla Turca”, and finally with a song taken from the motion picture soundtrack of Hamam by Ferzan Ozpetek.
BLACK LABEL compilation is given as a gift to La Perla boutiques top clients during S.Valentine period and officially out in the CD stores by Irma Records in March 2007. 2008 is opening with the unreleased track written with Yoko K. and published by Warner Austria in "Mountain Deluxe vol.2" and by Rambling Records is "Jazz & Flowers".
