Jure started to build the line up for the project and invited Kalki, a long time friend, to step behind the battery duties. They were still short for a singer and bass player. Vid, who played with Kalki in their previous band, Mental Picture, joined on vocals and Bojan on bass. After some time they both decided to quit Dalkhu; the first to quit was Bojan, who knows why, as they have only seen him once, or twice at the rehearsals and second was Vid for not having the time.
Sometime in the end of may 2007 a friend was asked to be a part of Dalkhu as a singer. Mate first joined as a live vocalist, but soon after became a full time member. The band works as a trio for now and do not feel the need for a bass player. The chemistry in the band is perfect. They're working for the same goal and have the same philosophy and vision.
It is very hard to find members, who share similar views on different things. Ars Goetia is their first deliverance and has been 3 years in the making/recording, due to quite a few set backs and problems in the process. The album itself regarding guitars & lyrics was finished in late 2004. After that, the drums we're arranged. It took them another year to record the songs. They are planing to re-record Ars Goetia (due to poor sound in the first demo take) and get a record company. The demo Ars Goetia is home-recorded and self produced by Dalkhu (mastered by Jure).
It is a concept album/demo about awakening the dark forces and not being able to deal with them in human form and it also explores the position of mankind in cosmic space. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply..
