With over 20 years of collecting Root's Reggae record lp's, a large riddim catalog has been created. In 1999 multiple turntables were introduced to the collection and DJ APR was born. That is why I am always a collector first then a DJ. The choice of riddims are as important as what the artist are singing.
The trick is to have the singers, sing-jays, dj's, players of instruments, engineer & I(dj apr) to all play together as one original recording. The "Sound" I play on these cd's is from around 1977-1985. Please enjoy the mixes. Respect, DJ APR Read more on Last.fm.
