They recently celebrated their 20th birthday with a free party. 2) With the resurgence of four-to-the-floor garage and bassline house in the early 2000s, garage legend Karl "Tuff Enuff" Brown (of Tuff Jam fame) began his own label, 2Tuf 4U Records.
