This is what there is a lack of at the moment. This is a heart-felt honest and diverse collection of songs which piece together beautifully to make a great album. Colum reverts to his roots and heritage in songs like "Don't think about it" and "Letter from Canada", but flavours them with a modern edge that retains a contemporary feel. Beautiful harmonies are provided by Kerry Sanson, best executed on "Love you Love" an amazing love song.
Tracks like "Damage Control" and "Freewheeling" really help mix this album up and provide a harder edge. If you like Damien Rice, David Grey, Tom McRae, David Kitt, Coldplay, Radiohead, then you will love this.
