Chedda Boy Malik is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan and is also one of the original members of the Eastside Chedda Boyz. Malik started his career rapping with the Eastside Chedda Boyz and making his voice heard throughout their first two albums "Chedda Make It Betta" and "Makin Chedda On The Eastside". Chedda Boy Malik is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan and is also one of the original members of the Eastside Chedda Boyz. Malik started his career rapping with the Eastside Chedda Boyz and making his voice heard throughout their first two albums "Chedda Make It Betta" and "Makin Chedda On The Eastside". He also made an apperances on the Street Lord'z album "Platinum Masterpiece" before the the infamous Street Lordz VS Eastisde Chedda Boyz beef occurred. In 2005 Malik started to prepare for his first debut album titled "The Eddie Kane Of Rap: Volume 1" and released the single "We Do It Big" which gained local radio time on 97.9 WJLB. The cd featured appearences from State Property's own Freeway along with Detroit rappers Tone Tone & Big Herk. In the year of 2006 Malik announced that he was apart of the group Cosa Nostra Entertainment and signed to their label. They released a mixtape type album showcasing all of their talent titled "Our Thing" and dropped the single for "Cosa Boy". As time went on the label and group went through some hard times with one of their main members Lil' Mike Mike who was caught and sentenced to jail for murder which caused the label and group to disband. After the hard times with Cosa Nostra, Malik continued to be on features with other artists from the Detroit area and when 2008 came around he finally dropped his second album titled "Feed The Block" which featured many of Detroit's own along with some national talent such as T.

Dot Raines, Pistol Atkins, K-Doe aka K-Deezy, Street Lord Juan, Tyrese & Yukmouth. An offical video was made for "Throw Money" and became the albums first single. Malik also was featured on the Eastside Chedda Boyz mixtape "ECB3" which was the first project that the original members have recorded since their CEO and one of the original founding members of the group Wipeout was murdered. But hard times were about to come for Malik. Towards the end of 2008 Malik was sentenced to jail time. Hood rumour has it that Malik was connected with the murder that long time friend and Cosa Nostra member Lil' Mike Mike was sentenced for but was released in early 2009. In late 2010 Malik dropped his mixtape "Food 4 Thought" to hype up his album "Dinner Time". When 2011 came around Chedda Boy Malik released his album "Dinner Time".

It featured artists such as The Coach (Brother), P-Frown, Lady J, Tax Holloway & Seven The General. Later in the year Malik released his mixtape "That Pakk" to hype up two new projects titled "The City Is Mine" & "I Still Got The Plug". In spring of 2012 Chedda Boy Malik released his mixtape "Yo Momma Should've Swallowed U!" which featured new artists from his label Chedda Ave. Also in late 2012 Chedda Boy Malik released a mixtape with fellow Detroit R&B singer Smoovey Lue titled "Mikeal Micheals". In 2013 Malik released the long awaited sequel to "Feed The Block" with "Feed The Block: 2" which had features from Detroit artists such as K'Jon, K-Yay, Jack Jack & Freeky of Streets R Us, Smoovey Lue, Trick Trick, Team Eastside's Snoop & Peezy & P-Frown of the Eastside Chedda Boyz. Along with the major Detroit Rap features he also featured Itchy Palms & Yung P of the Chedda Ave/Block MP label.
