Chad Cisneros

Chad Cisneros was born in Houston, Texas, in April of 1980. Having grown up in a musical family, Chad's love of rhythm and sound was sparked at a very early age. His mother and her four sisters had always sung, traveled, and recorded, and his grandmother was not only a singer herself, but a piano player and teacher, and had Chad playing tunes at the age of five. Although he did not continue to study piano technique and theory, his love for music grew stronger with age.

While many people love to listen to music, Chad knew from early on that he had a burning desire to create and compose music. At the age of 15, Chad began to experience the rave and dance culture at parties in Dallas, Texas. His musical passion was ignited even stronger by the driving basslines and melodic textures. Soon Chad and most of his friends would all go head-first into the dance scene by promoting events, throwing parties, and of course, spinning records. Besides spinning music, Chad was also a full time student at the University of Texas at Austin.

Between juggling school and work, Chad used his spare time studying the art of music, production, and composition. Chad and his production partner, Dustin Lyday, began to develop basic sounds, tones, concepts and patterns. Soon both of them would perform their first live PA at the Love Festival at Galveston Island. Chad always longed to be on stage spinning and moving the crowd but knew deep down that producing had the potential to bear greater fruits.

Chad continued to learn to vitalize frequencies and adjust parameters creating thicker and richer tones. Hard work and patience began to pay off when tracks like Theophilus and Sacred Mix would gain attention from labels and respect from colleagues and friends. Chad has numerous electronic influences such as Lance Cashion, Deep Dish, Bill Hammel, James Lavelle, Chris Fortier, Hybrid, Medway, Sander Kleinenberg, Steve Lawler, Sasha, BT, The Crystal Method, John Graham, Parks and Wilson, Lee Buridge, Dave Seaman and Adam Freeland. Chad continues to work in the studio, working with other musicians to create quality dance music.

Upon graduating from UT, Chad plans to attend Full Sail Institute in Orlando, Florida, where he will obtain his Audio Engineering Degree. He has aspirations of owning and running a successful label in the future and knows music will be a big part of the rest of his life. Recently, Chad teamed up with Dave Reed to form a duo production team under the alias TriTonal. Together, they are striving to make a huge impact in the electronic dance community.

Rocking the dance floor is his passion, making music is his life. Look for Chad to make a big impact on the dance scene, as few rival his talent, motivation and determination for success.
