Catty Jax French born Catty Jax started out playing as a singer in bars and festivals throughout France, and then developing her own sound with her first band “Family Snapshot”. She then moved to the UK where she got drawn under the Trip-Hop influence. Born in 1975, Jax grew up in Northeastern France, in the town of Nancy. As a teen, she drew her musical inspiration from the pop and rock music of the day. She then moved to the UK where she got drawn under the Trip-Hop influence. Born in 1975, Jax grew up in Northeastern France, in the town of Nancy. As a teen, she drew her musical inspiration from the pop and rock music of the day. At the age of 17, she assembled her first band with friends and with whom she began experimenting with songwriting, composing mainly in English. In 2000 Jax moved to London where she continued doing music with different bands and developing towards the influence of Trip-Hop, Electro and world music.

In 2004, she co -produced her first album “the Awakening” in duo with Modjack. Today she is back on the scene, exploring a new style with the Urban Pop Electro single “Serial Womanizer” Co - Written Produced and feat.
