While their sound is described as a cross between the Kings of Leon and U2, the band has been influenced by a spectrum of styles and ages, from Muse to Led Zeppelin. Calais is Tim Lollback (vocals, rhythm guitar), Joe Fleming (lead guitar), Liam Roberts (bass guitar), Will Mogg (drums) and Guy Stacey (vocals, rhythm guitar, synth). The band formed in 2010 and has since gone on to be recognised as one of Australia’s best teenage bands with their live performances, original music and lyrics earning widespread critical acclaim. Calais released their self titled debut EP in December 2010 and followed that with their second EP called "In Hindsight" which was released in May, 21012.
