Cashout is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan and is an original member of the Street Lord'z. He is the CEO of his own record label Money Talks Ent., he was also signed to Icewood Entertainment which was founded by the leader of the Street Lord'z Blade Icewood. Cashout is a rapper from Detroit, Michigan and is an original member of the Street Lord'z. Cashout debuted as Calhoun with the Street Lord’z on their debut album “Platinum Roleez Don’t Tic Toc” and was also on their second one “Platinum Masterpiece”. Throughout the 2000's Cashout made appearences on other recordings made by the Street Lord'z and finally released his long awaited mixtape in 2008 titled "Cashout313.com The Mixtape". The mixtape featured artists on the local Detroit scene such as Helluva, Lodge Boyz, K-Doe aka K-Deezy and Stretch Money. In 2010 Cashout released his second album titled "Financially Speaking" which had features from G-Rock of the Street Lord'z, Helluva, Lodge Boyz & SINO. It also featured the single "Boss Up" which had an unreleased verse from Blade Icewood. In 2011 Cashout released the mixtape "Workin" which was hosted by DJ BJ 3525 of Hot 107.5 Detroit. In 2012 Cashout released his third album "Cake Talk" which had features from Payroll & HBK of Doughboyz Cashout, Helluva, Lodge Boy Woe & Mack Nickles of the Lodge Boyz.

On Jan. 1st 2013 Cashout released his fourth album "Cash Life" which had features from Payroll, Scooch & Crispy Quis of Doughboyz Cashout, Dusty McFly, SAYITAINTTONE, STL Ron Ron & Tone Ferg. Cashout's fourth album "Icewood" was released on April 20th, 2014. The album had features from Payroll Giovanni, Doughboy Scooch, Doughboy Roc & Big Quis of CTE/Doughboyz Cashout. The album also featured Blade Icewood & G-Rock of The Streetlord'z & SAYITAINTTONE & STL Ron Ron.
