Ca$hCat is a Progressive/ElectroPop Duo from Vancouver, BC. Humorous, sinister, subversive and trippy tunes guide unsuspecting listeners on a sonic journey through urban spaces, dark jungle nightmares, and electrifying galactic journeys. Consisting of Devon Zachary (Production, Songwriting, Programming, Vocals) and Sonja Prpich (Songwriting, Vocals) both originally from Penticton B.C., Ca$hCat is the culmination of work stretching back to 2006. Ca$hCat is a Progressive/ElectroPop Duo from Vancouver, BC. Consisting of Devon Zachary (Production, Songwriting, Programming, Vocals) and Sonja Prpich (Songwriting, Vocals) both originally from Penticton B.C., Ca$hCat is the culmination of work stretching back to 2006. Influences range widely, including Squarepusher, Aphex Twin, Blondie, Depeche Mode, Pink Floyd, RZA, Sonic Boom & Frank Zappa.

Devon Zachary studied music at Grant MacEwan college, and has been performing and recording since 2001, including venues in Vancouver, Edmonton and Penticton. Sonja Prpich studied Animation at Capilano College in North Vancouver and in addition to being a musician, is an active visual artist in Vancouver. Ca$hCat released their first promo album, DAVID SUZUKI MUST DIE!!! on Feburary 1st, 2011.
