Bobby, raised in Mamaroneck, NY was substitute Musical Director and Organist for The Harrison, NY Presbyterian Church. He was Musical Director and Pianist for "The Confidence Man" and composed music for "Give Us This Day Our Daily Flesh" performed at The Manhattan Theatre Club. Bobby achieved Artist Certificate in Flute, Piano and Composition from The Westchester Conservatory of Music. He graduated Manhattan School of Music with a Major in Composition and a Minor in Piano. He was Musical Director and/or Rehearsal Pianist in over 100 Community Theater and Semi-Professional productions. He taught at Cooper Music Studios in Croton-on-Hudson, NY and privately. He was House Pianist at "The Comic Strip Nightclub" in NYC. He orchestrated 2 musicals and was Musical Director/Pianist for various theatre and club acts in NY, Provincetown, West Palm Beach, Key West, San Juan, and Fire Island.

He performed some of his music several times on "One life To Live", a television Soap Opera. He was also in demand for his skill as a piano tuner/technician. Bobby placed Finalist nine times in "The American Song Festival Songwriting and Lyric Competition" and five times Honorable Mention in "Music City Song Festival". He wrote, recorded, engineered and produced in his Chelsea, NY studio with vocal standouts by such notables as Michael Callen, Peggy Gordon, Robin Lamont, Michael McAssey, Cindy Benson, Amy Ryder, Alex of "The Village People" and more.

Bobby, with Robin Lamont and Peggy Gordon (both of Godspell fame) had close relationships and their vocals it seemed were a perfect fit. Bobby died five days after his 28th birthday, on Feb. 4, 1984.
