Alexandre Belliard is a singer/songwriter from the Canadian province of Quebec. Over the past decade, his songs have gradually taken shape through performances in bars and small venues, telling the upsets, worries or hurts his daily life. Unable to secure a contract with a record label, Belliard founded his own label, Les Disques Gavroche, and bgan work with his ban on a debut album, Trap con. In search of a producer for what would be his first album, Alexander first met Hugo Perreault. Perrault owned a studio in the town of St.

Despite being a multinational company, this was treated like an independent recording and Belliard was given absolute control over the artistic direction for the first album and those that follow. On March 8, 2005 that first album was released, and the story continues.... www.alexandrebelliard.com Read more on Last.fm.
