Al-Fatnujah's main claim to fame is its music covers and beatbox adaptations, inspired by artists from reggae, hip hop, rhythm and blues, drum and bass, electro, funk, and pop.

They have performed their tracks alongside such international artists as DJ Scratch, Joe Cocker, DJ Feel-X, Tippa Irie, and Dreadzone.
