Abstrakt are two brothers from South East London, with a fresh scope to making music. Since their early teens, they have been producing and writing songs in their front room. Their genre of music is highly diverse, as they create a range of different sounds from Alternative Electronic Funk, R&B to Dance. "The music we make is a reflection of us- our style and personality. That is what makes us and our music so intensely unique," says Halevi aka Tha Count. Abstrakt's first single ‘The Show Must Go On,’ is receiving great feedback and had a two week stint on the top of Channel AKA's R&B Video List. "We have received many positive comments on our catchy hooks and some fans have said we are the great new sound for 2010!" Quotes Yehudah aka Monte Carlo.

Fans are also commenting on the creativity of the video, that Abstrakt produced and directed themselves. The buzz that was generated from social networking sites from the song, lead to Abstrakt having an article published in the newspaper for their expressionism! The second single 'Kandy' is currently awaiting release and is due to hit the airwaves late June 2010. When Abstrakt first started performing, they began with functions for under 18’s and house parties. They then went on to perform at Notting Hill Carnival. Each time their underground sample cd’s sold out leaving fans eagerly awaiting new releases. Due to their Ghanaian heritage, Abstrakt were fortunate enough to have toured in Ghana’s busy cities of Accra and Kumasi, where they have amazing support and a loyal fan base. Abstrakt's tour in Ghana opened the door way for them to be part of an outdoor concert in Portimao City, South Portugal, which took place on the 29th June 2009. There are so many great steps in the pipe line for Abstrakt and they have the ingredients of something very, very special, along with the determination to push things forward and advance in their careers as music artists.

As individuals they are very focused whilst still holding their feet firmly on the ground – so when the two brothers come together as Abstrakt, their passion is strengthened further.
