Upon graduating he began a period (7 years) of very intense private study with Russian pedagogue Dmitry Goryachev. During that time he performed many formal concerts as a soloist and chamber musician. He released his first solo album, 'Tracing a wheel on water' in 2006, which included an unprecedented four premiere recordings, three of which were written for him. At the end of 2006 he founded the New Lullaby Project, which sought out new compositions for guitar solo in the form of a lullaby.
Since its inception he has premiered over 19 new lullabies, 14 of which were released on his 2010 CD, 'New Lullaby'. Aaron made his concerto debut with Rodrigo's 'Concierto de Aranjuez' in 2010. He currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife, healer and muse, Catherine. Read more on Last.fm.
