Based in Germany, A. Lee (a pun on his real first name, Ali) is a passionate DJ, singer & producer. He not only fills the party with enthusiasm through his popular house sets but also with his own live vocals during his DJ performance. His productions, which are sometimes enriched with his own vocals, are really promising. His sets include a top mix of vocal, uplifting & pumpin' house to the rockin' electro-house sound.

He has many references throughout Germany. A. Lee's release Electric Passion is in the sets of many global DJs like Bob Sinclair, Michael Gray, Chrissi D!, David Gausa, Moussa Clarke, Steve Smart, Eddie Amador, Hernan Cattaneo, Christopher Lawrence, Kid Chris, John Aquaviva, King Unique, and many more. A. Lee was born in Germany in August 1978.

Music has been his greatest passion since childhood. At the age of 10, he mixed his first tapes with tracks which he recorded with a double-cassette recorder from the radio, basically by pressing stop & record. This started his love for music. Besides DJing and producing, he is also an architecture student at the Technical University of Darmstadt and works as a graphic artist for various interior design bureaus. He DJed his first party in February 1996 at his friend's birthday bash with two record players and some records of a friend. Since then, he has expressed great interest in the event and technique details of the music and has been the co-founder of the extremely successful special event-series 'cherry club' and 'viva libre' that have entertained clubbers from all over Germany for many years. Lee has had many residencies in some of the hottest clubs in southern Germany.

As his special house-sets became more and more popular, started to play in clubs like the legendary room106, poison, and la rocca. Additionally, he played at events like b-live (Bacardi) with Boris Dlugosch, open air festivals and together with artists like Phil Fuldner and the Mashup Kids. He placed 1st in a German DJ search contest in 2004. He has started his own radio-show on the internet radio channel rat-x-radio, where he plays his finest house tunes for everybody in the world for 2 hours each month. Since 2005, he started to produce his own tracks together with his partner Manuel Schleis - a renowned sound designer (www.vengeance-sound.de). The combination of Manuel's technical expertise with Lee's experience in house music and the club scenes has been extremely fruitful.

Their productions, which are sometimes enriched with Lee's own vocals, are very promising. He collected his experience in the interior decoration area from 2000-2003 at plan-object GMBH, where he worked independently. In 2002 he sketched the interior arrangement of a small restaurant called "hot-pot-fondue-bar" in Frankfurt, and cooperated also in the concept. Another area he enjoys is that of media design. He loves to draft various layouts, posters, flyers, homepages, presentations, 3D animations, and everything associated. Since 2003 he has worked as a freelancer graphic artist for the big German media agency Pixomondo. Read more on Last.fm.
